Practice Audit report

Use the Practice Audit report to audit data for Budget Provider clients. This report highlights readiness and completeness of physician billing data for Comparative Analytics and provider budgeting. The audit improves data integrity by showing where potential updates or corrections should be made.

Features of this report

• Audits the following data in the Provider tables at the Practice and Provider levels:

  • Revenue

  • Expenses

  • Hours

  • Statistics

• Highlights areas where data is missing or not reasonable

• Identifies issues using the following:

  • Intuitive descriptions

  • Flags

  • Conditional formatting

Access the report in Axiom Assistant

If you have administrative user permissions, access the Practice Audit report using this path:

Admin > Admin Task Panes > Comparative Analytics Admin > Practice Audit

If you do not have administrative user permissions, access the Practice Audit report using this path:

Main > Navigation > Explorer > Libraries > Reports Library > Comparative Analytics Reports > Practice Audit

Refresh Variables

Double-click Practice Audit to open the Refresh Variables dialog, through which you can customize the data that appears in the report.

In this report, Select Fiscal Year to Report is the required refresh variable. You must select the year of data to audit.

NOTE: To remove data from the fields listed above, click the Clear value icon (). When you select a value to assign to the report (Entity), use the filter field in the Choose Value dialog to customize the items that appear in a list.
